Framatome announces the acquisition of FoxGuard Solutions, a U.S. company dedicated to the field of integrated cybersecurity, industrial computing, and regulatory compliance solutions.

FoxGuard Solutions will become Framatome’s center of expertise for cybersecurity in North America offering a robust portfolio of cybersecurity products and services. This includes the ability to provide program establishment and implementation activities as well as ongoing monitoring and maintenance solutions, all compliant with the applicable regulations and requirements.

Since 2012, Framatome has been advising utilities worldwide in the development and implementation of cybersecurity programs for both nuclear and non-nuclear assets. Acquiring FoxGuard Solutions strengthens Framatome’s cybersecurity offering for the energy industry to include consulting, implementation, and managed solutions as well as specific security hardware and control system equipment.
FoxGuard has 110 employees and designs, manufactures and integrates innovative computing, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance solutions used in critical infrastructure markets. The company’s offices are located in Christiansburg, Va.
